Shipping times
Shipping times vary based on the seller's and buyer's locations. Once the bike is securely packed, the seller chooses a pickup date. Shipping within Europe typically takes 5-7 business days, while delivery from the EU to non-EU countries (such as the US, Switzerland, and the UK) takes 10-15 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to customs and shipment delays.
Return policy
If the bike you receive doesn’t match the description or has substantial damage, use the Buyer Protection form found on the Return Policy page within 48 hours of delivery. For purchases from commercial sellers, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Let us know what’s wrong with the bike, and we’ll work together to assess its condition and find the perfect solution for you.
